As a means of non-price competition, the reputation of enterprises is valued by e-commerce enterprises. From the perspective of consumers, this paper divides corporate reputation into five elements. Corporate reputation will affect consumer behavior. Based on the trust to the enterprise, consumers show satisfaction to the products and services of the enterprise and customer loyalty behavior. Therefore, the paper constructs a theoretical analysis model, and uses data analysis and data processing to verify the relationship between e-commerce enterprise reputation and consumer behavior, and then puts forward relevant suggestions

LncRNAs: the bridge linking RNA and colorectal cancer.

    Get PDF
Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are transcribed by genomic regions (exceeding 200 nucleotides in length) that do not encode proteins. While the exquisite regulation of lncRNA transcription can provide signals of malignant transformation, lncRNAs control pleiotropic cancer phenotypes through interactions with other cellular molecules including DNA, protein, and RNA. Recent studies have demonstrated that dysregulation of lncRNAs is influential in proliferation, angiogenesis, metastasis, invasion, apoptosis, stemness, and genome instability in colorectal cancer (CRC), with consequent clinical implications. In this review, we explicate the roles of different lncRNAs in CRC, and the potential implications for their clinical application

BACKGROUND: Approximately 10% of stage I colorectal cancer (CRC) patients experience unfavorable clinical outcomes after surgery. However, little is known about the subset of stage I patients who are predisposed to high risk of recurrence or death. Previous evidence was limited by small sample sizes and lack of validation. METHODS: We aimed to identify early indicators and develop a risk stratification model to inform prognosis of stage I patients by employing two large prospective cohorts. Prognostic factors for stage II tumors, including T stage, number of nodes examined, preoperative carcinoma embryonic antigen (CEA), lymphovascular invasion, perineural invasion (PNI), and tumor grade were investigated in the discovery cohort, and significant findings were further validated in the other cohort. We adopted disease-free survival (DFS) as the primary outcome for maximum statistical power and recurrence rate and overall survival (OS) as secondary outcomes. Hazard ratios (HRs) were estimated from Cox proportional hazard models, which were subsequently utilized to develop a multivariable model to predict DFS. Predictive performance was assessed in relation to discrimination, calibration and net benefit. RESULTS: A total of 728 and 413 patients were included for discovery and validation. Overall, 6.7% and 4.1% of the patients developed recurrences during follow-up. We identified consistent significant effects of PNI and higher preoperative CEA on inferior DFS in both the discovery (PNI: HR = 4.26, 95% CI: 1.70–10.67, p = 0.002; CEA: HR = 1.46, 95% CI: 1.13–1.87, p = 0.003) and the validation analysis (PNI: HR = 3.31, 95% CI: 1.01–10.89, p = 0.049; CEA: HR = 1.58, 95% CI: 1.10–2.28, p = 0.014). They were also significantly associated with recurrence rate. Age at diagnosis was a prominent determinant of OS. A prediction model on DFS using Age at diagnosis, CEA, PNI, and number of LYmph nodes examined (ACEPLY) showed significant discriminative performance (C-index: 0.69, 95% CI:0.60–0.77) in the external validation cohort. Decision curve analysis demonstrated added clinical benefit of applying the model for risk stratification. CONCLUSIONS: PNI and preoperative CEA are useful indicators for inferior survival outcomes of stage I CRC. Identification of stage I patients at high risk of recurrence is feasible using the ACEPLY model, although the predictive performance is yet to be improved. High-temperature hazards of asphalt pavement and pollution from car exhaust are two major problems that need to be solved in road construction. In this paper, a multifunctional composite coating has been prepared from the perspective of reducing road temperature and car exhaust degradation. The principle of heat-reflecting coating is used to reduce the road surface temperature. At the same time, the TiO2 aqueous solution with photocatalytic degradation effect is added to the heat-reflective coating material to achieve the purpose of degrading automobile exhaust degradation, creating a new type of multifunctional coating that has both cooling and exhaust degradation effects. In addition, by changing the amount of carbon black, a multi-functional coating with the best coloring is selected, so that it has better functionality and has the most suitable shade for the road surface. Finally, the cooling effect and the exhaust gas reduction effect are examined through indoor and outdoor tests and the slip resistance of the coating is tested using the pendulum method. The results show that the functional coating group has a certain ability of cooling and exhaust gas degradation compared to the normal control group without coating. For the functional coating group with different carbon black content, the functional coating (G2) with 0.9% carbon black content has the strongest overall functionality. The cooling and exhaust gas reduction effects proved to be the best. The surface cooling rate is 5.4°C, while the internal cooling rate is 4.3°C. The cumulative degradation efficiency of CO and NO is found to be 27.77%, and 73.75%, respectively

Background: Xylanases are considered one of the most important enzymes in many industries. However, their low thermostability hampers their applications in feed pelleting, pulp bleaching, and so on. The main aim of this work was to improve the thermostability of Trichoderma ressei xylanase 2 (Xyn2) by introducing disulfide bonds between the N-terminal and \u3b1-helix and the \u3b2-sheet core. Results: In this work, two disulfide bonds were separately introduced in the Xyn2 to connect the N-terminal and \u3b1-helix to the \u3b2-sheet core of Xyn2. The two disulfide bondswere introduced by site-directed mutagenesis of the corresponding residues. The half-life of the mutants Xyn2C14\u201352 (disulfide bond between \u3b2-sheets B2 and B3) and Xyn2C59\u2013149 (disulfide bond between \u3b2-sheets A5 and A6) at 60\ub0C was improved by approximately 2.5- and 1.8-fold compared to that of the wild type Xyn2. In addition, the enzyme's resistance to alkali and acid was enhanced. Conclusion: Our results indicated that the connection of the N-terminal and \u3b1-helix to the \u3b2-sheet core is due to the stable structure of the entire protein

Rotavirus (RV) infection is one of the main pathogenic causes of severe gastroenteritis and diarrhea in infants and young animals. This study aimed to determine how dietary l-isoleucine supplementation improves the growth performance and immune response in weaned piglets with RV infection. In cell culture experiment, after IPEC-J2 and 3D4/31 cells were treated by 8 mM l-isoleucine for 24 h, the gene expressions of β-defensins and pattern recognition receptors (PRR) signaling pathway were significantly increased. Then, in the in vivo experiment, 28 crossbred weaned pigs were randomly divided into two groups fed with basal diet with or without l-isoleucine for 18 days. On the 15th day, the oral RV gavage was executed in the half of piglets. Average daily feed intake and gain of piglets were impaired by RV infection (P < 0.05). RV infection also induced severe diarrhea and the increasing serum urea nitrogen concentration (P < 0.05), and decreased CD4+ lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ ratio of peripheral blood (P < 0.05). However, dietary l-isoleucine supplementation attenuated diarrhea and decreasing growth performance (P < 0.05), decreased the NSP4 concentration in ileal mucosa, and enhanced the productions and/or expressions of immunoglobulins, RV antibody, cytokines, and β-defensins in serum, ileum, and/or mesenteric lymph nodes of weaned piglets (P < 0.05), which could be relative with activation of PRR signaling pathway and the related signaling pathway (P < 0.05) in the weaned pigs orally infused by RV. These results indicate that dietary l-isoleucine could improve the growth performance and immune function, which could be derived from l-isoleucine treatment improving the innate and adaptive immune responses via activation of PRR signaling pathway in RV-infected piglets. It is possible that l-isoleucine can be used in the therapy of RV infection in infants and young animals
